New furnace was installed well. The team was ver efficient and from the time I called to the time it was installed was only 3 days! Very fair price and no hidden pricing which is why we switched to Postma a few years ago as our previous provider would not give us a fixed price quote so we did not feel comfortable using them and seeing a big bill later that we weren't expecting.

Had my annual maintenance. Technician was experienced and left everything clean. A great first impresion.

Did not honor member pricing after paying in advance. Don't use them.

Very poor response time and follow up. Get quotes from other reputable companies. Postma gives bad quotes and service.
