Ken is a trustworthy person who I look for in businesses. All of his employees share the same core beliefs. I've had four vehicles taken care of by Kendall's, never once did I feel like I was being overcharged or had work done that wasn't needed. In fact, I was given a general idea of what was upcoming in the next 6–12 months as far as maintenance was concerned. Howard and Jason are so helpful. I can’t get packages at our address and so they go there. People expect them to deliver them but they are only a pickup point and that in itself is SO HELPFUL for me and my family.
