Scott repaired a stairway railing in our home. He was friendly and dedicated to making sure we were satisfied with his job before he left. He also was happily able to do a few extra things around the house. Direct human contact on phone. Gave me a quote and advised that there was a possibility of a change once they reviewed the items I wanted removed. I live in an apartment and they did not increase the quote for that, as some others do. Best quote of 10 places I contacted and *bonus*, they were available same day. They arrived promptly and were very proficient in the removal - only took 10-15 minutes. The telephone quote was maintained. The gentlemen were very kind to deal with. Recommend!
