My experience with Pam has been amazing. I had never tried hypnotherapy before. I have been through a great deal of stress and Pam is helping me handle the stress and take control of my life. Her sessions are the most calm I have felt in a long time. Pam is very professional, easy to talk to & always has ideas to help me. Jeff built a 12 x 16 deck for us. He paid attention to the details of the appearance of the finished project. He has the right tools to complete the task and is knowledgeable about products. In our case Jeff was willing to advise us on a second project (a gazebo) that was going to be mounted on the deck. He ensured there were enough supports underneath the decking to attach and support it. Jeff worked well within the timeline he quoted us. We would definitely use Next Level In future.

Was looking for a new catalytic converter and they had the best prices in Lethbridge, by far! I had the option of bringing my own parts in if i wanted which is great! Their customer service is very friendly and helpful. They had a very flexible schedule when i booked my appointment. This was the first mechanic i talked to that didnt make me feel like i was being ripped off!

complication regarding the stylists or my hair. There are some very talented ladies who work here, to the point where I have very close
friends who willingly make a 4 hour trip just so they can have their hair styled by the owner. Lets face it finding a good hair stylist is like finding a decent man and this place not only has an adundance of gifted stylists but they are also very professional, the shop is in a convenient location and they always have the best selection in products along with some really cute accessories!

Bridge City Collision did a wonderful job fixing my car, twice now! both were minor bumps on the bumper, and they did a great job. They worked with me and the rental company, AND my insurance. When we got it back the first time they fixed it, there were a few minor issues regarding marks that their machines made while placing the bumper back on the car, but as soon as I mentioned it to them they were quick to re-fix those areas. The second time they did it, there was one thing that Bill (manager) said they'd do, but must of have forgot to put it on the work order, so it didn't get done. The next day I called and he wanted me to come in that day to get it looked after. I couldn't make it in that day because I worked late, so he said to come the next day, and they'd buy me a coffee while I waited!
Their customer service is amazing, and they are quick to call you back when you have questions. The mechanics were great too, when all the customer services guys were busy he answered my questions with no hesitation!!
I'd recomment Bridge City to everyone, mistakes happen, as they did both times with my car, but they were quick to make things right.

She will bend over backwards to help a customer in need. You could never ask for a better employee like Sharon. If I was able to rate Sharon I would give her a score of 30 as she has exceptional Customer Service to every customer that comes into this location.

Bill piled up and the phone never stopped ringing from bill collectors. I phone and talked with a real nice lady named Monica she helped me out tremendously and then I had an appointment with Sandy. Ive bought batteries from these guys for 30 years! I buy a lot of batteries for my rental equipment. I understand that while batteries have 2 connections the things we hook them to have many, many more and are quite often the reason batteries fail. Ive personally found the batteries here have a fail rate of less than 1% which is very good. They also have no issue standing behind the ones that are defective. I recommend them!
