I place an order that was shipped in the same day in 4 packages to arrive 2 days later. One package arrived 3 days later, 2 arrived 3 days later and the 4th package arrived one week later. While visiting in Ottawa, I had some problems with my Nissan Murano. I tried a number of shops but everyone was busy. I noticed that the best rating was given to AC Automotive. I called and they managed to squeeze me in. Jeff and Eric went beyond what you would truly expect. I spoke to customers at the shop and they all agreed that the staff at AC Automotive are polite, and perform excellent work. Really nice to find a shop that does what they say and then back it up!
