I'd like to say from the start that I've no affiliation with this company. I'd not been to Cranbrook Photo for a couple of years, and I kick myself for that. I wandered in looking for a tripod mount and to ask a few questions. I couldn't have found a more helpful bunch of people. I was there about 30 minutes and could have happily stayed longer. They answered a number of other questions that I had, and couldn't do enough for me. They had the part I needed, and suggested some solutions to other problems I was having. I've never been to a place with such good customer service as they make you feel as if you are the only important person in the store. You can probably tell I'll be going back again in the future. First I went to Tanglefoot when I moved here and it was the worst veterinary experience of my life and I don’t understand the positive reviews. Anyways, my experience at the Cranbrook Veterinary Hospital was exactly the opposite, the entire experience was positive. Even my cat, Elmer let them handle him and make multiple attempts at taking blood and I can say that he has NEVER let anyone handle him for that stuff but me before. I was shocked how calm he was and that there were no injuries. Lire plus

We too dropped our 8 year old labradoodle off last minute to spend overnight while my husband and I dipped in the pools at Fairmont. She was able to accommodate us with no problem.
