I was passing through Cranbrook on my way to the coast and needed to grab a few things so I stopped at Marks. I was in a hurry and was hoping it would not take forever to find things in the store. I was pleasantly surprised at the staff that work there. I was greeted at the door and then shown where to find the clothes I needed. I was in and out in 5 minutes. Everyone was cheerful and friendly. I wish the Marks in my town was like that. I will drop in again on my way back home. Mekka S

I used this place for pre-wedding mani/pedis in mid-June 2013. They were able to accommodate 7 of us well and had none of us sitting around too much. Excellent job, great service and friendly staff. I definitely recommend it to others!

Professional - kind - courteous- these are just a few words to describe the care & attention you’ll receive at this business. I am a recent (June 2017) below the knee amputee which is quite traumatizing to wake up & discover you are missing a limb, but Dr Beek assured me I would be up & walking in no time & with his recommendations & expertise in prosthetics I am up - walking- & rocking the prosthetic leg he made me!!!! My kids & I can’t say enough about the wonderful service provided to us!!
