I had a bit of an issue today because I had a gift card and wanted to use it without a membership. They sent me to get a one-day pass in order to use my gift card. Unfortunately I wasn’t told that I needed to bring ID with me and I took an hour on the bus in the rain to get there … and get turned down from shopping there. Both the Customer Care Rep, Melissa, and the Audiologist, Lindsey, were welcoming and friendly. I could not get my ears tested on my first visit because of impacted wax. They advised me on what to do before getting my ears flushed at a local clinic, and patiently rebooked my appointment. Eventually, I was able to get the tests done and earned 150 AirMiles, too. Syed is a specialists with Tinnitus and hearing and has been a life saver for me. Everything he said to do and what the hearing aids would do, has been so true. Since I left the clinic yesterday I do not want to take the hearing aids off and the blue tooth is amazing. I forget that I am wearing hearing aids cause I am so busy hearing everything else.
