I had a bit of an issue today because I had a gift card and wanted to use it without a membership. They sent me to get a one-day pass in order to use my gift card. Unfortunately I wasn’t told that I needed to bring ID with me and I took an hour on the bus in the rain to get there … and get turned down from shopping there. The staff are accommodating and friendly. I was given a proper quote based on my needs and advised to think it over. Within 1 week I decided that no other place can beat the price and the service they have offered, I have purchased 2 hearing aid (both ears).
