A Ford service dealer had flagged the need to replace the brake pads of my Ford F 350 tow truck. I made an appointment with Budget Brake & Muffler in Coquitlam, BC to replace my brake pads before embarking on a RV trip. I was pleasantly surprised when John Sinkie told me that my brakes were good for another 20,000 k’s & did not need replacing at this time. I find this honesty refreshing & rare. I will be using Budget Brake in Coquitlam for the service needs of all my vehicles. Well done John.

Yesterday I had my garburator replaced by a gentleman named Tien. I’ve never used Clearly Plumbing in the past but based on the exceptional experience I had with Tien, I wouldn’t hesitate to use Clearly again or recommend your business to others. Tien was very professional and took the time to explain the pros and cons of either attempting a repair of the existing unit or simply replacing it. He also was diligent in the post testing which resulted in the discovery of a drip. However, he took the time to ensure the job was done correctly the first time. He was also very personable and I think any business would be fortunate to have him represent their brand.

I cannot praise enough about the service we got from this store...especially Phil! Very approachable. We had to change the color of our paint numerous times to match to the original, and he was always willing to help us with a smile and patience. He made our visits to the store very pleasant!
