Pam is one of your service representatives and honestly the world needs more people just like her in it. I lost my D/L and forgot my bank card. I went outside to transfer money to my daughter’s acct and pay with her card, but Pam came out and told me to come inside. She secretly paid for it herself. All of the staff are amazing!! We were introduced to Stony Plain Eye Centre during a field trip to their office by my kids' playschool, and have been patients ever since! Excellent customer service, the staff is friendly and helpful, and the doctors are great with kids! They even have a "kids day" in the summer where the kids can enter draws and win prizes! Highly recommended!
