I'm so grateful that this salon was able to help me....They are wonderful here and boy do they know how to cut and colour hair!!! I was so impressed on how they FIXED my hair. Just because they are in a small town means nothing they are totally up to the current styles. Just beware, I had to go here to get my hair fixed because of another local Richmond salon!!! Sue's Hair Advantage is the best in town!!!

I bought my first car with this location and I couldn’t be happier. Mike worked with me tirelessly to find the best deal and went way above and beyond my expectations. Griff and Ryan also helped out along the way. I couldn’t have asked for a more beautiful car or a better price. I buy from Autoshack whenever I need something and their customer service is amazing and their prices are excellent. There is one negative aspect which is UPS delivery. I place an order that was shipped in the same day in 4 packages to arrive 2 days later. One package arrived 3 days later, 2 arrived 3 days later and the 4th package arrived one week later. While visiting in Ottawa, I had some problems with my Nissan Murano. I tried a number of shops but everyone was busy. I noticed that the best rating was given to AC Automotive. I called and they managed to squeeze me in. Jeff and Eric went beyond what you would truly expect. I spoke to customers at the shop and they all agreed that the staff at AC Automotive are polite, and perform excellent work. Really nice to find a shop that does what they say and then back it up!

Had my 2006 Hurricane RV repaired here and they did a great job with what they had to work with. It was the passenger side view mirror that was practically torn of and they beefed up the side wall with thick aliminium plating and installed the new mirror probably stronger than original. Good job guys.

I brought my car to Ferrante to an estimate. It was one of the coldest days of the year, but Mike examined the car and provided a fair estimate. I was strong-armed by my insurance adjuster to have the repairs done at their own service centre. I sent a cheque to Mike for his trouble, but he refused to accept any recompense.
Any future repairs will be done at Ferrante!
