Great experience with Brad and Roy on a drain scope, I felt bad because unforeseen circumstances extended the time frame, but they didn't charge extra. Would give them a 5 but their machine had some glitches and the audio failed to record, but at least they showed up.

Recently ordered a strawberry shortcake, a sandwich tray, and a cheese tray. Everything was amazing! The cake was so delicious...moist, light, and super fresh! Best I have had in a very long time. Sandwiches were unique and very flavourful. It was a pleasure working with Sue. During this restrictive pandemic period, she ensured a safe pick up process.

Had several great experiences at this store. Sales rep Adam Bryan was extremely helpful in selecting and ordering our appliances and making sure everything was correct. On August 27th this year we had 2 men from your company tell us we needed a new water heater , came back next day and installed it. It was more than extremely loud and I commented on this and was told all new ones are loud like this. I took my broken Sony CyberShot camera in to MTC in Whitby on Thursday afternoon. The counter staff impressed me with their very friendly and helpful demeanor and I left my camera for evaluation. Friday morning I received a verbal repair estimate, along with a friendly suggestion that they use a courier to save me the long trip to/from Whitby. I gave the go-ahead and the repaired camera was delivered to my home Monday morning. I commend MTC for their excellent service.

Went there because they were the only vet that would take the appointment, unfortunately my pet had to be put down (this was the best decision for my pet). All the staff was absolutely amazing! I really loved everyone there, they were all just so nice and considerate. Even though I was there for something I didn’t want to be there for, all the staff there made it a bit better.
