First service experience was at the curling club and our large manual roll-up door was in a bad state. Sheldon and crew were there promptly and installed a new track and then repaired and serviced all the moving parts as needed. The price was reasonable too. I then called last week to book a maintenance service at my house and they were there the next day and installed one new rubber seal at the bottom and lubricated both doors. One of our coworkers lost his keys to the building and it became a huge security breach. We called Royal Security at 8:45am and they came by 3pm to replace all of our 9 outside locks of the building. Considering the stress the loss of keys caused we were all able to leave work at 5:30pm knowing our premises were secure again. Thank You to the Royal staff that helped us out so fast. My garage broke twice and they came and helped me both times The first time the tension spring snapped and they were done within the hour, Second time they motor's gear thingy that turns the chain belt ripped through the metal enclosure, and they fixed that within 30 minutes Both fast and reasonably priced with next day service, how could you ask for anything more?? very impressed. The "other' guys wanted a cc # in advance and would not provide a time of arrival & no wkend service. These guys asked for nothing upfront, called ontime on the wkend and explained what was required before the work commenced. They then provided maintenance suggestions. Cant ask for more then that !
