Had an issue with my toilet a few months ago…it was clogged and there was a bit of backflow…it was not pretty. We tried fixing it ourselves, which made it worse. I called Freys and they had someone at my door within an hour. The service guy was very polite, clean and professional. Really appreciated how considerate he was of my home and he had our toilet fixed very quickly - total lifesaver.

I have been to other driving schools in Toronto, and failed my G1 exit test twice before coming to Advanced Road Craft in Kitchener. The quality of service and instruction that I got at ARC is significant in comparison. Trustworthy, professional, attentive, and great customer service. Worth every penny and I will be coming back for other lessons they offer (winter, highway, etc.)! A+ for Mick (in-class) and Andrew (in-car) as instructors!

I would highly recommend this store as it has friendly, knowledgable staff, and it supports local artists as well as international fair trade companies. Kultrun Market sells all kinds of unique products (wonderfully scented soaps, delicious chocolates, comfy beautiful clothing, unique and high end jewelry, art, purses, spices, baskets, YOU NAME IT) and it's all fair trade or direct trade. Really excited to see what else comes to the store in the near future! Most unique, meaningful finds in KW!

We saw a vehicle on kijiji that was at Concord auto. Had driven by many times over the years but never gone there. We were treated as if we were valued, repeat customers. Took the van for a road test, and made a deal suitable to both of us. The vehicle was safetied and at our door within 24 hours. Would we go back? Without hesitation. We just got back from vacation and our dog is extremely high energy and we thought that he would still be that way when we came to pick him up but that was not the case he has not moved since we brought him home and yes he is breathing Lol. They treated him fantastically and the groomers did a fantastic job with him and we are excited to go away on our next vacation and know that he is in great hands .

The crew that installed the windows were efficient and cleaned up after the installation was done. The day after the windows were installed, I had to turn down the thermostat as the new windows are working like a charm.

I just had a furnace and heat pump installed. Kevin and Matt were prompt (to the minute!), courteous and knowledgeable. Very personable guys who not only took care of installing the new equipment, they also took our old furnace/ airconditioner/ piping, and simply left our home spotless. To top it all off, turned out the basement lights for us and even put our garage door down for us. Top notch - would highly recommend Richmond Heating and Air. Thank you very much!!

Just wanted to say THANK YOU for the heat Jeremy. We purchased a gas fireplace from Priority Mechanical in Ayr, last fall. During the winter we found the fireplace did not supply enough heat, so I contacted Jeremy, the Service Manager. He was at our door the next day and made suggestions and requested we contact him if not any better. In 4 days the problem remained . We contacted Jeremy again. He came the next day. replaced some parts and did the work himself after hours. Thanks Jeremy.Good job
