The team at Mainway is top notch. Janice, Brad and the service team are all excellent. I refuse to take my car anywhere else. They are the best around. When I had issues with my Mercedes parts warranty, Brad went to the dealership to ensure that I was being taken care of and they were not parts bombing my car. He was not getting paid for this and in no way was he responsible for the car, but he did it anyway to make sure I was being treated fairly. Honest, reliable and friendly.

I took my car in to have my brake light wiring checked. Tyler helped me; he's a very personable professional. He found that the wiring issue was only minor so he corrected it without even charging me. He even changed my bulbs for free. His honesty and kindness is unmatched compared to some other auto repair shops I've been to. His is now the only shop in Brampton I'll go to.

Quality car repairs and customer service is exceptional. It is common for a woman to be treated poorly when they walk into a car repair shop --- that has been my experience for many years. When I went to Quality, they were respectful, sensitive, and very kind. They do not overcharge or fix what does not need to be fixed! Their rates are reasonable and the quality of service is quite high. I highly recommend them.

Since it was a friend’s recommendation, I was optimistic to find a good mechanic with solid experience and quality work. Received excellent services. Trust worthy as well as a skilled mechanic. Best in Scarborough. Said came recommended from my good friend who is qualified as a mechanic, but drove 30 wheel tanker trucks for a decade. I wasn’t unhappy with my regular guys, but I am so happy I switched. I am a stone mason by trade, running a masonry and landscape construction company. Also, my wife is Chinese. Needless to say, there are hard miles on our trucks and trailers, and there are ‘incidents’ with our cars, particularly in winter. I’ll be staying with Flame forever.
