I have been going to this restaurant from day 1 when they opened and I had never had an issue with a meal, however last night we ordered salmon and it was way too salty. I couldn't eat it and was embarrassed to complain but the owner had no issues taking the plates back and preparing from scratch with no salt at all. Every one of the staff members were very courteous and attentive. My daughter had her newborn son strapped to her chest in a wrap and many staff members stopped by to see our 6 week old grandson. The manager on duty even stopped to ask how everything was. The food and service was wonderful. The food never fails to please. We also ordered takeout recently with chicken parm meal for 4. I'm a regular customer at this Tim Horton's location, and have been to many others in Niagara Falls. While many have good service and quality products, this location is one of the more remarkable stores, their baked goods are always fresh, as is the other menu items. Best Chinese in the Port Colborne/Welland area. We drive from Welland to get it there having not found anything even remotely as good in Welland. Large portions and quality food. Not cheap stuff you get elsewhere. The beef is tender and from a good cut. You can tell. The restaurant itself needs a refurbish but it is clean and as long as the food is terrific who cares?
