You want two things from a Vet: competence and compassion. Dr. Ian Cameron is kind beyond measure, as is all the staff. They clearly adore animals. The medical knowledge and capacity is equally top of game, and always aware of current research. My canine family has been expertly and lovingly care for for years now. Zoey, a rescue at 12yo, who came to me as palliative care, lived til 19.5! Parker, terrier type, is again a bright-eyed bouncer with cutting edge arthritis treatment - at 15.

I have brought many pieces in to Fooshin over the years. The repairs have been excellent and on one occasion when the owner did not repair, it was because the risk to the gemstone was too great. I always received a call about the item being ready in a very timely manner, & I have been 100% satisfied with all of his work and creations. Fine jewellery is also available for sale at Fooshin. Dr Visram is a wonderful Doctor whom I feel very grateful to have for an endocrinologist. Having gone through losing my thyroid because of cancer she is always very on top of labs and keeping patients regulated with adjusting meds as needed and for me this has been helpful, she very much brought my level of anxiety down after having more recent tests that indicate some areas need to be monitored, I feel lucky to have a doctor so passionate about her patients in her care. Her office staff is A+

I am reading some of the other reviews that are on. I have lived here happily since May 2012. Someone mentioned rats, I had 1 tiny mouse and when I called, someone came and filled in the holes with expanding foam, that was in 2014, no problems since. The maintenance staff take excellent care of the inside and outside of the building. People complaining about the rent increase, please read the landlord tenant act, they are allowed to increase 2.5%/year. Ideal location, well maintained.
