I live in Stratford and have been going to Features for years. The staff are amazing , the food is good as is the price. I usually go when I can afford it with a friend for breakfast i have introduced many of my friends to this place and continue to recommend it to others.Their specialty is breakfast and it is the best.

Sorry to hear about you coat!! We take that very seriously at Franks. We have in the past taken calls and always have dealt with our customers in a very professional manner. I would advise to all bar partrons not to coat check an expensive coat. As far as food goes in Franks, yes I would agree that the food has not been 5 star but just recently we have brought on a new menu and we believe that the food has improved dramtically. People don't expect fine dinning this is a bar. Furthermore we have been around for 9 years and our kitchen is open till 2am. We do have a limited menu from 11pm to 2am. It is my mandate to improve the overall expereince at Franks!! This does include Food!! We hope people will give us another try!! Our atmosphere, service, and live music is always on the ball.

She listened to my requests and was knowledgeable about how to make my wants work with my reality. For example, bangs swept off to the side instead of straight across to give length to my face. Delicious, surprisingly well priced italian food! Very beautifully decorated inside and even has a patio outside that is nice in the summer. Portions are pretty good for the prices. I would definately recommend this place. Really nice :)

Had an issue with my toilet a few months ago…it was clogged and there was a bit of backflow…it was not pretty. We tried fixing it ourselves, which made it worse. I called Freys and they had someone at my door within an hour. The service guy was very polite, clean and professional. Really appreciated how considerate he was of my home and he had our toilet fixed very quickly - total lifesaver.

We had an issue with one on the bedrooms in our home. It was inadvertently locked and we were unable to correct it. We called Fast Local Lock and they were in our house the next day in the morning and fixed the issue promptly. The fee was reasonable and our serviceman Benjamin, explained what occurred and what he did to resolve the problem. He was very courteous, helpful, and interested in our questions. Very good experience in a situation that isnt want you want to happen.

We had Falcon install new topsoil and sod. They did an excellent job grading and leveling out our yard and everything turned out fantastic. They gave us an outline for how to care for our newly laid grass but we had a brutal heat wave after the installation. Most of the grass survived and still flourished nicely but we had a few spots that got burned beyond repair. We sent Jeremy an email and he took care of us right away. Jeremy was very helpful and understanding. We love our new lawn!
