This place came up when I asked some friends about a good burger joint in Kingston. I gave it a shot and I have to agree the food is great. The burgers are large portion, and the sweet potato fries where great along with the chipotle mayo. The two meals and an appetizer ran up a pretty healthy bill, but it was worth it.
Its a comfortable place to eat with medium to high level food in a relaxed atmosphere.

I want to thank Kimmie, our server for outstanding service! My sister and I were treating my ill Uncle and Aunt to a very special take-out lunch. She thought of everything and more to include, even the lobster bibs. The day was more than special and primarily it was due to her thoughtfullness! Something is wrong with the people who gave this place a poor review. Go and taste for yourself! Atmosphere can be a little crowded and noisy, but depends on what time you go. Dinner is very quiet, while breakfast is louder. Busy restaurant = great food! It feels just like home when eating here, very friendly and service is A+. Server Kelly is especially excellent.

Ate in restaurant first time. Food was amazing. Service was great, except it was very hard to hear the server due to dining area was extremely loud. Could not carry on a conversation with my boyfriend because of the 8 people next to us.
We will be returning though. Looking forward to enjoying some more of your amazing food.

Great place to eat and great service. Been there 3 times in the past 2 weeks. I guess there going through change of ownership. Amazing to me how rude people can be. One of the times I was there I was standing in line and some lady was saying she had been waiting an hour. I had walk in behind them and she told the server that she was waiting for over an hour. I had been there for 20 minutes. They held the door for me when we all walked in. Maybe they should have went to McDonald’s.

I loved the bathroom, it was HUGE and absolutely beautiful. I never would have guessed that it looked like this, judging by the outside. Never judge a book by it's cover

Been a few years since we were at Raxx and were pleasantly surprised this week. Nice renovations make the place look brighter than before and lots of options for seating, pool tables, bar area, TVs, etc.
Food was surprisingly good, particularly the chicken wings that were well cooked, perfectly sauced and quite meaty. This was not a Wednesday night so not sure if the wing quality is better/worse/same on the night that wings are discounted.
It was a pleasure to have the option of blue cheese dip with real chunks of cheese in it. Wish more places served this with their wings and/or pizza! :)
The salad was a huge serving and very fresh ingredients. The grilled chicken was finely shredded and nicely flavoured. I eat a lot of chicken and salad and this was a surprisingly good one. Red wine vinaigrette was a nice option too.
Service was a bit slow for refilling drinks and for bringing out the food considering the place was practically empty but the order came exactly as requested including a couple of customizations to the salad.
The menu is straightforward and not too complicated nor too many items. Could use a fewer lower-fat items but realistically I wouldn't expect to find much of that on a sports bar menu so not a big deal.
We were quite surprised at the food quality and would come back. Thank you!

While waiting for our food, my husbands sugar crashed and he felt horrible, sweaty, shaky, dizzy.. the staff noticed something was wrong and immediately sprang into action. They offered orange juice and some ice for his neck.... by the time he felt better we didn’t want to eat... they packed up our food and the manager took care of the bill. They went over and above... now that’s customer service! Thank you Kelsey’s for turning a bad experience into a good one!

Yes! Talk about Asian Hospitality! If this is how all the Asian restaurants run outside of the GTA (particularly, Toronto, Scarborough, Finch areas), I am willing to drive further for it! The sushi definitely had a different style to it - both in taste and presentation, and I have had my fair share of general sushi. Hands down, their sushi was really something else. The owner really knows his stuff about sushi! Anyway! I'm glad that my random choice for a place to eat ended up being this place.

And they clean up after you! The price is the best - very affordable for anyone. Plus they sell a lot of products perfect for every dog lover (and some other critters too). If you prefer a groomer, Anna works there from Sunday through Wednesday I believe and she is fabulous. Promise. Our pug barely makes a fuss!
