My 2 dogs have been groomed by either Heather or her grooming staff for 9 - 10 years now. Wonderful job, and dogs know what to expect when being groomed, as time is taken not to stress them out, just to get work done. Thank you for your patience and caring with my dogs.
They have also attended daycare for almost the past 8 years since Heather's Place has opened in 2006. They are well cared for, taken out to do their business in the fenced back yard, and when it is sunny out, have a wonderful day sun tanning, and playing in the pools... Relaxing waiting for my return. Large and small breed dogs are separated.
Best staff to dog ratio in the city, so you dog is being watched while they play, so as not to get over stimulated, and learn good dog manners from the more senior dogs.
Location is very convenient ..Just off Main Street on East 4th. Avenue.

Booked an appointment with Chane during Covid times but the salon was very clean, well prepared and I felt totally safe. Chane did an amazing job on my cut and style and I highly recommend her to everyone. She is friendly, professional, and always gives me exactly what I ask her for. Jodel has been cutting my hair for a while now and every cut has been amazing!! Not only are his cuts/ fades really clean, he always makes sure that you’re comfortable and that youre having a great time. Great at conversations so you dont have to worry about awkward silences!! 10/10 would recommend.

At 415 today my alternator was going on me so I called BCAA (ps best purchase anyone could ever make). By 5:15 they had a town truck pick me up to head to get my alternator replaced. I called Ashnat's at 5:10 and asked when he leaves and if I could drop off my car thinking that he would fix it in the morning as everyone else I called we the same price or more, much farther away and also closed at 5:30. Since this was closer to my apartment downtown, I decided to go with them. On the way (at 5:20 ish) I called back to beg them to fix my car tonight and said I would pay extra. He said come by.
When I got there they started on my care immediately and even though they quoted 30 mins, I was only there and paid for 20!! AND he refused to charge me extra! I can't think of any better service I could get!! And I recently started a new job in Burnaby so now I can even drive myself there in the morning! It's nice to know that there are still those business owners who go above and beyond. Thanks guys!! I will recommend you to everyone you know!!
