My nerves were shot thinking about taking out my oil furnace and replacing it with a heat pump system. My friend had hers put in by Paul and the team so I got the number off her.
It was hands down the best phone call I could’ve made because before I knew it, the whole crew had my entire oil furnace out and switched with a heat pump system. Can’t say enough good words about the True Comfort Team and what they done for me and my kids.

Dr. Head took me on the same day as I had an emergency situation both eyes. She & her assistant did me a great service by handling this issue. Prescribed eye drops a few days ago, & my eyes are in much better shape. I come back within 2 weeks for a check up.

We had the pleasure of dealing with Bob Ledrew and Sons in packing up our belongs after a flood and than returning them back to us this week. I have to say the Professionalism and friendliness of this TEAM was amazing…and Fast. Everything was returned as it had left, with no damage and we’ll wrapped. Excellent service.... Trish has been grooming my shitzu Jack for a few yrs... especially like the no kennel while waiting to be groomed and that there is kennels available if needed like when Jack was having flare up of disc problem... he was kennelled for his comfort.

I did some research on various suppliers in St. John's area, I decided to purchase with the window shop, 10 replacement windows and new front door. Although the wait was longer than I would like, 6 weeks, they more than made up for that with the great installation work.! The men were efficient and friendly and went out of their way to clean up as they worked. The replaced what needed to be done and even replaced some steps and wooden railings in the front of the house on the own accord (without extra $$0. Being a Senor woman living alone, I really appreciated that, it was not expected and showed me what great employees this company has.
The Windows and Door installation went very smoothly and they look great.

First time going to Perfect Fit Tailoring and it definitely will not be my last.
There are still people who believe in good old customer service and will do what they can for you without charging you a fortune. In my case they charge me nothing. Zippers (sliders) were broke on 3 jackets and they fixed them in less than five minutes and charged me nothing, thats correct nothing. Amazing.
