Very pleased with the service. The Technician, Alan, was prompt, courteous & helpful. He listened to our description of the problem with our drier & he conducted tests, describing each to us, to find the problem. He tried 3 parts that he had in his truck but none would fit our drier, hence he put in an order. When the part arrived, Alan called us, near 4:00 pm on a Friday, and asked if it would be ok if he came to install the new part. We appreciate his dedication and customer service. Lire plus

Competitive Renovations Inc installed two windows for our cottage on Charleston Lake in September 2023. They did an excellent job! In the end, they also cleaned the work site and removed all the garbage. Staff were very friendly and professionally, from the owner (Cody) to the woman who answered the phone (Mandy?), to the guys on the worksite (Earl, Deric and Rob), everyone was nice and professional. When we moved to Athens we were not sure who would know anything about the Baxi Boiler our radiant heating system has, but Rick Hurlbert at Inter-Climate is the Boiler Whisperer. He had it apart, cleaned and running great in no time. He even inspected our propane tanks and piping and noticed our gas pressure was low, so he set that too. Everything works great!
