I want to thank Kimmie, our server for outstanding service! My sister and I were treating my ill Uncle and Aunt to a very special take-out lunch. She thought of everything and more to include, even the lobster bibs. The day was more than special and primarily it was due to her thoughtfullness! Had the one piece halibut and chips and the food was good, asked for side of coleslaw and an iced tea. A little shocked at getting a bill for 20.91. I think this is a bit pricey for not even getting a beer with it. Coleslaw $3, iced tea $3.30. Overpriced. Won't return.

Been a few years since we were at Raxx and were pleasantly surprised this week. Nice renovations make the place look brighter than before and lots of options for seating, pool tables, bar area, TVs, etc.
Food was surprisingly good, particularly the chicken wings that were well cooked, perfectly sauced and quite meaty. This was not a Wednesday night so not sure if the wing quality is better/worse/same on the night that wings are discounted.
It was a pleasure to have the option of blue cheese dip with real chunks of cheese in it. Wish more places served this with their wings and/or pizza! :)
The salad was a huge serving and very fresh ingredients. The grilled chicken was finely shredded and nicely flavoured. I eat a lot of chicken and salad and this was a surprisingly good one. Red wine vinaigrette was a nice option too.
Service was a bit slow for refilling drinks and for bringing out the food considering the place was practically empty but the order came exactly as requested including a couple of customizations to the salad.
The menu is straightforward and not too complicated nor too many items. Could use a fewer lower-fat items but realistically I wouldn't expect to find much of that on a sports bar menu so not a big deal.
We were quite surprised at the food quality and would come back. Thank you!

Whenever visiting my dad in Kingston, we go to this place for Sunday breakfast every time. He goes most Sundays and I know why.
The wait staff is friendly, fast and efficient.
The food is plentiful, served hot and there is a non-stop filling up of coffee! Prices are very reasonable for the portions.
Be warned! This is a VERY popular place, so expect a delay when you get there because a lot of people are regulars and they too have to wait. Once you are seated, however, you should be satisfied with the overall experience!

Brent gave me nothing but honesty from the start, even recommending NOT having him insulate a part of my home because it would be a waste of money. Got my business because a competitor did not return a scheduled call to perform an estimate. Not an issue here. Brent was always in direct contact with me. Guys doing work were polite and knowledgeable. Mess was cleaned prior to leaving and very reasonsble prices. Now my upstairs is soooo much cooler. Thank you for a tradesman who is honest, timely and fair. He did not feed off of my ignorance towards the products or process. I will be a loyal customer.
