Joining ILKB is the best decision I’ve made for myself. It’s the most amazing workout I’ve ever had. All of the instructors are super helpful and they’re constantly challenging me to push harder. They continue to motivate me to want to go to class and work hard. I started seeing changes sooner than I thought, not only physically, but mentally as well. Bought two pairs of Maui Jim sun glasses from Thomas of Midgate Optical last year. The glasses themselves are great, as all Maui Jim users would agree. Thomas was very helpful and very helpful.
This week, I bought another pair of Sports glasses from Midgate Optical. They fit perfectly. I got the prescription glasses put on plus transition to grey in the outdoor.

They are current to todays styles, and have a great team to make you look your best. A co-worker told me where she went to get her hair done. I called and booked an appt. I have to say when I pulled up, I thought to myself, really? Here? You go here? The building itself looks older from the store front, but don't let it kid you. They do say, don't judge a book by its cover...Prices are average and comparable to downtown Vancouver.

I recently celebrated my birthday at a restaurant, and I must say the server was outstanding - knowledgeable, polite, and attentive. The rest of the staff were equally friendly. The food was excellent; we opted for the Dine-Out menu, and the recommended drinks paired perfectly. I'll definitely be returning for another visit. I also enjoyed a complimentary pastry, which was absolutely delightful.

Excellent restaurant I have eaten their pizza for decades at my work location now retired moved to Fort Langley area
But whenever I am out this way I make a point of stopping in as I have never found another place with pizza even coming close to this restaurant tons of toppings & more cheese then any restaurant even when you pay for extra cheese doesn’t match here. Also the price is low low for what they give you!
