I haven’t experienced kickboxing before, also I was so picky for choosing kind of class that can motivate me for constantly workout. Eventually I picked ilovekickboxing and it turned out that made me really loved kickboxing!!! I highly recommended ilovekickboxing! It’s energetic, fantastic, motivating class.Very nice and friendly staff and such an amazing place!

This restaurant has all the key elements to good dining! I go here almost every week because we appreciate the service and the quality of the food. Even the chef is willing to lend a hand at serving the food at peak times. My favorite would be Malaysian menu! Excellent dish to have for lunch coupled with a chicken-corn soup to start. The lunch specials are great too! Pork and beans is my pick (yes it tastes better than it sounds). Overall its an excellent restaurant and well balanced! Give it a try! Happy Dining!

If I had to describe this place, I would say sushi fusion. They always add an interesting twist to your sushi. Some tips on rolls to try - the Sexy Mindy Roll, the Cherry Blossom and the Las Vegas Roll. Sometimes when you eat in the owner comes around and talks to you , which is nice as well. The decor is pretty cool. And I have to say, they have the best green tea I have ever had. If you get take-out too they are always quick to get it ready for you. The staff is great too, very friendly. Overall, a really good sushi experience in the 'burbs!

Really great little gem in Port Moody. Has such a local feel. Big patio, and quite a large seating area inside. The coffee is pretty good, as are the snacks! Lots of non-caffinated drinks as well. Definitely a place to settle in with a newspaper, coffee and snack and just chill out for awhile!

I have only been to the woman doctor but she is very nice and always makes me feel comfortable. I have never been to a walk in clinic and not had to wait a long time so if you want to get in right away don’t bother with walk ins period. I have made appointments here and gotten in within 5-10 minutes of my time so that’s an option.
