I ordered an upright freezer via. their website and the process was very smooth. I quickly received an email with a delivery date and estimated time. The cost for delivery was more than reasonable and they removed my old freezer for a minimal cost.
The delivery drivers arrived on time, were friendly, personable, and did not complain, despite having to navigate some horrible stairs to bring the appliance into my unit.
I will definitely turn to Grooves for my future purchases!

We are very satisfied with the workmanship and quality of product. Bill came out same morning to fix my Mom refrigerator, which he had a spare control board to fit it. My Mother was so happy it was done so quickly that she didnt lose any food or meat that was start to defrost. Bill didnt charge anything extra for the same day (morning) service. Would give 10 stars if I could. Arrived on time, finished ahead of schedule and UNDER budget! Had one small issue after a rain (washed out a small corner) and they completed the fix within a day of my calling them back. Have had zero issues since after many more rains. Sorry guys, forgot to come back to clear this up. Called Mike/Joe regarding issue and they sent the technician to my home to correct the work, further issues were found so everything was taken back to the shop and the job was completed well. Thanks for taking care of the issue, mistakes are made but they stood up and corrected the issues to my satisfaction. Thank you Mike and Joe.
