These people are truly angels by far the best funeral home in Sault Ste Marie. Unlike the other local place the price they gave us is what we paid in the end. I had the other funeral home do my husbands funeral i was quoted a price and when I got the bill it was about $2000.00 more. The staff from Northwoods were very accommodating to our needs and guided us through every step to give my brother the send off he deserved. Thank you to Joan and Staff amazing!

Blown away by how helpful Dennis Vince from Parts & Service was. I was dealing with a bad key issue. Dennis got me back up and running in less than 30 minutes. Thanks for not just cutting the key but for getting the chip in it re-programmed in spite of the worn key needed as part of the process. Was worried for a minute that the old key wouldnt have been any help since it takes several minutes fiddling with it to get it to turn. Also didnt cost me the arm and leg I thought it would. Thanks

These people are really professional they make an accurate diagnosis, and the price is reasonable and appropriate. They do not replace things that don't need replacing and do not escalate the price, which is a favorite trick for some other mechanics to take your money. I use this shop regularly because I trust them, and definitely recommend highly.

I had lost my debit card and my boyfriend was in dyer need of a pair of work boots for the following morning. I was having horrible day and losing my debit card was just one of many things that went wrong. This man made my day. And I appreciate his trust in me to come back and pay. He did an absolutely phenomenal job. I received an old Evans Brothers cabinet grand piano from 1905 that had not been cleaned or tuned in over 35 years. He cared for my piano like it was his own; he took it apart and cleaned it, fixed it (the tuning pegs were loose) and tuned it right up. He gave excellent recommendations for cleaning it and making it shine again. His rates were incredibly reasonable. He was able to come the same week I got the piano and I could not be happier with his work.

I had the unfortunate need for a vet after the Thanksgiving weekend while vacationing in the Sault. I called and spoke to Kelly who fit me in on Tuesday afternoon. My cat Bella was treated by Dr Palmer who was very gently and thorough. With some anti biotics and rest Bella is back to her old self and we are ready for our trip home. Thank you so much for taking such good care of her.
