Fantastic service. Got me out of a jam last winter. The guys that came to the house were great, really helpful. Provided me with heaters when they needed to wait to get my new furnace in. Cleaned up after they left. Started up the furnace this fall, and runs like a dream.

We were told to call Freezie Cat to service our brand new Jenn Air oven which was not heating up. I spoke with a very pleasant & helpful woman at their office and setup an appointment in a couple of days. My husband was at the new house when the service man came and was very impressed with his knowledge and quick repair. I would use them again.

Our central air system stopped working when the thermometer hit 40 celsius, and thank goodness for Aire One! Our landlord asked us to find someone in Barrie to fix it, and when the service fellow (Michael) showed up, it was up and running within the hour. He was pleasant and knew his stuff. Loreen was very helpful in showing my wife and me the new models available. We ended up spending less than expected as she explained that a medium-sized fireplace was quite sufficient for our needs, and suited the family-room better. Bring on the next ice-storm. We're ready!

I never leave reviews, this is a first. I am so happy to live in a community with local companies like this one. I called Reynolds this morning, I didn't have heat in the house. I was told that there day was full and they wouldn't be able to make it over. I was expecting a next day appt. Instead, I was asked a few questions over the phone. Then walked through a few steps. 5 minutes later I got the furnace going and the heat back on. This cost me nothing. This will obviously not always be the case, but from now on my friends, family and I will be calling Reynolds. Thanks again
