Excellent service and quality workmanship! I am so pleased that I found Dunn. They made my Central Air so much more efficient by reversing the Return and Supply vents in the upstairs. Now the cool air is evenly distributed throughout the house. I had originally called to have a unit installed, but they saved me about $3000 and even moved my furnace to create more room in my basement. Wow!

Last week I had the pleasure of having Comfort zone installing our new air conditioner.
These guys were hard working, willing and went the extra mile to move the A/C to a more convenient location. They were professional, pleasant and efficient. I will definitely use them again in the future and would recommend them to anyone else.

I just had a furnace and heat pump installed. Kevin and Matt were prompt (to the minute!), courteous and knowledgeable. Very personable guys who not only took care of installing the new equipment, they also took our old furnace/ airconditioner/ piping, and simply left our home spotless. To top it all off, turned out the basement lights for us and even put our garage door down for us. Top notch - would highly recommend Richmond Heating and Air. Thank you very much!!

I needed a formal document called Heat Loss/Gain Calculations for my newly built house to prove that the builder has undersized a furnace for our house. Builder did not agree with my claim, and I reported the issue to Tarion as warranty claim. David was able to provide me with Heat Loss/Gain Calculations that showed in fact the furnace installed in out house was undersized. It was a crucial piece of document to support my claim.
