When I actually needed a faster computer for new tasks, I was given great advice about what to get. I had what I thought was a virus on my computer. The receptionist who answered the phone walked me through all the steps I needed to remove the Malware causing my computer problems. Not only did her instructions work, but her help gave me the confidence to fix my issue myself. Very professional, knowledgeable staff. You will always be my go to computer experts in Goderich.

When a friend told me to get a Macbook I didn't know where to start. I knew nothing about them. I also knew I couldn't stand all the frustrations I was having with my PC. The hard drive on my MacBook Air was compromised over the weekend. Being very concerned for the loss of my files, Virginia was extremely helpful in easing my stress when deciding to do a recovery procedure for my MacBook Air. The technicians were also very knowledgeable and worked rapidly to solve this problem for me. Aside from my files being recovered and I was also instructed on the best back-up solution to avoid this problem in the future. Overall, I highly recommend Outpost2.

Like many I have spoken with I am unhappy with the 2 places in the Mall. I tried these guys for my phone. Fixed right and price was right. I then took my 10 yr old Mac (that Apple won’t touch) in. Huebert gave me more memory and cleaned it up. This week I took an IPod in. There is so much wrong with it. He advocated to his supplier and got me another for $35. I trust PC Service and I will continue to give them all of our business
