I live in Edson, Alberta and want to pass on the excellent service that was given to me at the Brick. Late in the winter of 2020, I had the opportunity to purchase a dryer from the Brick and was very impressed with the service of an employee (Bayleigh Hawke) She was right at my side as soon as I entered the store and was friendly and courteous. She answered all my questions and as a direct response, I purchased a dryer! Delivery and product was also excellent!

Drove in, no appointment Got my vehicle in with a leaking back tire. Got me in and out in under 1/2 hour, Repaired the tire, cleaned off the rim and seal areas, new valve stem and $50!!! Great value. And their pricing on name brands for new or used is exceptional. A hidden grem in Edmonton.

The staff was not only friendly, patient and accommodating, they were very competent and had great attitudes !!
Ken, Jason and Moe worked together and were able to arrange for my daughter to get her tire replaced and installed immediately after her car was vandalized. She requires her car for her job and they took excellent and immediate care of her and her vehicle. Their prices are very reasonable as well !!
I would definitely highly recommend them to anyone needing tires !! Thanks guys !!

Shower floor tile repair - they did an incredible job. The job required scraping the old grout out, regrouting the existing tile and adding/replacing silicone in the corners.
It cost $1,400 (which isn’t cheap but it would have taken my husband at least 10-14hours and he didn’t have that kind of time).
Excellent customer service from start to finish. Communication was outstanding. I absolutely love their admin person, Judy. They seem like nice honest people. Highly recommend and would use again.

Yesterday in -45 I had to change out my tire to my donut tire. I drove to trailtire in spruce grove and they got me in a fixed up within a hour and still make it to work on time! Would 10/10 recommend ask for billy he gave wonderful customer service!

In addition, I bought a refurbished laptop that was on display, and once again the technician transferred my files to the Refurbished laptop. Both were ready later that day.The technicians are wonderful!! I have been a customer for a few years now, and I will continue to be a customer. They are really great with returns if something does not work out or you bought too much of something, you can rent their van for $20 to take the larger stuff home... Great service! New house by Avi, wife not happy with stove, wanted a switch out, and at the last minute. Wife was very frustrated with all the move. But thankfully for Trail appliance(west end) to come to the rescue, not only for a fridge , but a stove my wife wanted. Do not get we wrong it was not easy dealing with a cranky lady of the house. They understood and came to help us. As well with a very quick delivery. That is service at its best

Such a great bunch of guys,we had an issue with another shop in town,called tirecraft and they got us in immediately and rectified the problem,they also found a gash in the side wall of our tire,replaced the tire and installed for next to nothing.Next day we had a spike in our other vehicles tire,brought it straight to tirecraft and dropped it off,within the hour the tire was repaired and the bill was nowhere to be found.We highly recommend them and will be returning for any future work needed.

I had to get a rental car which is right there and Enterprise provided me with a beautiful Audi to drive around until my car has been appraised. I walked away with a smile on my face.
