My husband and I moved from Vancouver to Qualicum Beach and only 2 weeks after our change was made, we booked a table for a late lunch.
That was a first pleasant surprise, that you can book your lunch / supper any time it feels good for you. Already on the phone, I got a very approachable and friendly person. And so we looked forward to see this restaurant.
Our experience was like not many; food was SUPERB, place nice, cozy and our server (Kim) was the best.We're looking forward to returning

Myself and my partner have been visiting Gabriola for many years and were so happy to find a new restaurant to try this summer. We were blown away by the quality of food and service we found at woodfire pizza and pasta! By far the best place to eat on Gabriola.

After decades and half a dozen of our pets getting care at a Port Alberni clinic we had an emergency and were turned away after telling us our pet "needs to be seen right away but we can't get you in for 2-3 weeks".
We called your clinic, we're asked the very same questions and you had us in the next morning.
Unfortunately Dr. Mortenson gave us a diagnosis that we had suspected and we had to book on home euthanasia 10 days later.
You agreed to see our other dog and we couldn’t be happier

My girls have been going here for nearly 7 years now and for us find it such a great school. We've had great teachers, smaller classrooms, and I love that they teach our kids to be well rounded. It's very much a small family-like community. My kids are very happy and we plan to keep them at Aspengrove until they graduate.
