Expensive gourmet food tastes good in a slightly above-average atmosphere. The wait staff are also slightly above-average but I wouldn't call them excellent as we had one with a bit of an attitude the last time we had lunch there. Not a bad view. The food is not consistant - we've been there for 3 lunches and each time someone at the table has been disappointed, including myself, although the last time we went there it was good. The welcoming committee as you enter are friendly, although each visit I've seen wait staff hanging around this area, joking with the greeter and that's not good. I don't suggest anyone sit near the patio doors (especially if you're a senior like us) as it can be cold and the wasps are inquisative.

I sent a message but I wanted to do a review
I was on my way from Nanaimo to Kelowna for a family emergency. Between Merritt & Kelowna I had a flat tire & no spare. I phoned Deloro. The girl that answered the phone was extremely patient and helpful figuring out where I was. She said Bill would be with me in 45mins It was actually 46 mins cause he had to go a ways to turn around.
Both made a stressful situation less stressful
Within 2hrs I was back on my way. Thank you to you both so much l

I was a little hesitant to use these guys as a past experience had not been good. But I called anyway and was extremely happy I did! Jaiden, Caleb, and Eddie worked non-stop for almost 7 hours in 30+ degree weather. They were friendly, on time and very efficient. If I picked something up for them I was politely told that it was their job and to please put it down.lol They even read the labels on the boxes and put them in the correct rooms. I would highly recommend this company. Great service.

Cant understand where the negative reviews are coming from? Based on my two experiences Alec has treated me super fine. I just don't try to let on more than he does. Its a one man show and busier than a one armed paper hanger. have no hesitation on referring him for business. I know of others which would/will speak the same.

What a great guy! Helped me check things on the phone before coming out. He made sure he had most parts that might need replacing after we spoke. Very reasonable service call and labour charges. Will call upon him again if the need arises. Would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone!!

We visit Kelowna at least once a year and when we do, theres no better place for my wife and daughter to get their hair cut and coloured than with Jimmy at Cabella. He and his staff are always friendly, professional and provide amazing service. There are lots of salons in Vancouver but my wife will wait several months if she knows were heading that way to make an appointment with Jimmy. Hes that good!

Louis and his team work so hard at everything they do.Louis is a busy guy, but he will give you the time of day to explain what needs to happen now, or later and makes sure you actually understand the process. Julie has been my hair stylist for 18 years, since the first day I met her when she did my hair for grad. She does a phenomenal job with hair cuts, hair colors and on creating unique and beautiful updos for special occasions. She takes the time to make sure your hair is perfect. I drive all the way from the upper mission to go there and it���s definitely worth the drive! At this point, I feel like I���m going to see family when I go. Both Julie and Julia are so nice. I highly recommend going!
