The best restaurant I've found since moving to Cambridge two years ago. The food is perfect every time, staff is friendly, fast, and patient if you're not 100% sure what each dish is, and the location has a lot of parking and seating. I can't get over how amazing the food is here. Wonderful.

The Bean Bar is a really good low key restaurant in the Westdale neighbourhood. They provide an extensive menu with a wide variety to choose from at a reasonable price.
The food is fantastic and comes in portions that are not overwhelming where you can't finish it - just perfect. I brought my parents here to see what it was like and it exceeded their expectations.
I had the ham and maple cranberry wrap and it was terrific. Definitely hit the spot.
The atmosphere of the restaurant is very relaxed and mellow which is nice to have conversation. It's a good place for lunch or an early supper.
The staff is super friendly so the service is great. If you're ever in Westdale, it's definitely worth checking out.

I had the olive dish to start, this dish is simple but very well done, I enjoy some olives with a nice cold pint and a piece of bread to go with it, the oil lightly flavored with fresh herbs, although a better quality oil would have been nice it was still well done.
After that i decided to try the fish and chips since it is VERY hard to find good fish and chips I thought if they understand how olives can be enjoyed they might do a good fish a chip, and I was right, homemade chips and a perfectly cooked fish.
I will return.

Love there pizza. Much better sauce and cheese then other places. Plus you need to try leaving some in the fridge then microwaving it the next day it's surprisingly amazing. Me, my brother and, mom rate it as our favorite place, although my dad really doesn't like it for some reason (so maybe not for everyone). However I'd have to say it's defiantly worth a try if your feeling hungry on a Friday night.

This is the best place for falafel and shawarma in Hamilton. Food always fresh due to lots of customers on a daily basis.Place is always full of customers especially lunch time. Food is cooked right infront of you. Polite owners. They have received numerous recognition for their good service and food. Always serve good food any time of the year. FYI TO ALL. My husband and I both ordered the ham and eggs breakfast, which came with toast, jam, and home fries. The ham wasn't greasy, the scrambled eggs were "real ", and the home fries were piping hot. Kudos to the cook in the kitchen. The coffee was hot, but too strong for my tastes. Charlene, our server, made sure our cups were topped up and that we were satisfied with our meal. Price of coffee is included in the price of breakfast, and if you're there before 11:30 there's a $1 discount per plate. We would definitely go again if we were passing through this area.

Williams is essentially an expanded coffee house, that offers food which is edible, but not great. But, that is to be expected, as no one would go here expecting fine dining. The prices are reasonable for the quality of the food, service is quick and the place seems to be clean. Being right across from McMaster, it is often full of students, many who come to study, and staff doesn't seem to mind.
Williams does have a large variety of dessert offerings, from great cakes to fresh waffles and various icecream desserts. A great place for coffee and dessert!

Very friendly, cool, hidden gem. We had a huge portion of jerk chicken, rice and beans. The prices are almost too good. Lunch, pop tax for $5.65. Food was tasty, but not real spicy. Good hot sauce on the side fixed that.
Comfortable, not fancy in any way.

After contracting Covid I could not get out to get pizza so I called Hi Line at Gage Ave. and my bank card would not work. After several tries the manager sent the food anyway and told me to pay when I was able to get there. The pizza and wings are really good and have always been hot when they arrive. Will not go anywhere else for my pizza or wings again!!!! Best place ever!!!
