Since moving to the north end of London in 2011, my family has started to frequent this restaurant. The staff is always pleasant. Have never had poor service in the year that we've been going. Breakfast is good, except sometimes the homefries are a bit cold/frozen. The specials at dinner are a reasonable price for all that you get. Wish they would have the ride pudding heated like they used to!

I love RING A WING! Its great. There wings are a great size and I love the different sauce choices. If you like spicy things the jamazian hot is a great sauce packed with flavour! one time they messed up my order and when I called about it they were so apologetic and on my next order I had a free pound! Excellent customer service!

I would like to love this place, but it's not good value for money. Food isn't flavourful, portions are small.
That said, service is good, and the settings, on the floor of the church or in the Belfry, are beautiful.

I highly recommend Rene's for anyone who enjoys fine dining but doesn't want to experience "sticker shock" when the cheque arrives.
While I enjoy fine food, I don't tend to enjoy "upscale" restaurants. The staff are usually haughty, the portions wouldn't satisfy a hummingbird, and I'm supposed to be impressed just because they artistically drizzled some raspberry sauce along the side of the plate.
Rene's Bistro was a very pleasant surprise! While the menu choices were creative and the food delicious, the atmosphere was bustling and friendly. If felt more like a neighborhood cafe, and there were obviously both a lot of locals and tourists there.
Best of all: no sticker shock.

There are so many great things I could say about Rick and his team as he services all 3 of our vehicles. My van is the people mover. 4 teenagers girls to get around to sports and Rick has it running so well and it has over 200 000kms on it. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone. I had a Grilled Sandwich with Bacon, Egg & Cheese with a Cream of Broccoli Soup. The sandwich was great and the soup was to die for - so creamy and made from scratch too! It was ready in minutes, so anyone could be in and out of there on their lunch break without a problem, even though the place was packed. I looked around and was very impressed by how clean and tidy this place was. All the staff, including the chef, was very friendly. The biggest surprise, was when I got to the till and saw how affordable it was! When you get great food, which is affordable, a spotless restaurant, friendly staff with good service, what else could you possibly want.......well, there was one thing - I don't prefer booths or stools, but it is part of the classic diner atmosphere and all the other benefits definitely outweigh this one very minor detail.

I visited this establishment on May 3rd. The store is small but delightfully organized. The items are all quality goods and priced fairly. I found the sales staff to be friendly, professional and extremely helpful. I have a problem with a bone spur on one foot and was able to purchase a pair of shoes to wear to a wedding that were both stylish and comfortable. I will return.

My husband and I snuck in before a Knight's game and were able to get a table right away even though it was packed. The singing mushrooms were incredible and I'd go back just for them. The service was great. Our waiter was very pleasant to talk to and he was quick bringing our order out.
