Karen and Harold ensured that the installation of our new Eclipse shutters was a painless undertaking. The measuring process was efficient and exact, and they explained our options clearly and precisely; furthermore, and this is just as important to us, they were polite, congenial, and seemed very concerned about our satisfaction and ultimate happiness. We brought our sick cat to them on a long weekend and they gave him the best care.They explained everything upfront what they would do and the cost. They phoned us with updates and they were amazing when we were calling back for updates.They called us everytime there was a change good or bad. Our order took an hour to reach us but it was peak time on a Saturday night. The food and service was top notch and the complimentary Birthday treat was lovely. The staff member who Pursued us to the parking lot with our forgotten bottle of wine was over and above and appreciated. This is why we keep coming back.

The staff are amazing and they are all worth every penny and more! They atmosphere is nice as the workers tend to treat you as a friend after a while which is a nice change from some other pizza places I have been to.

Reserved my spot on-line this morning with LifeLabs, Farley Drive, Guelph, ON. Arrived on-time. Young lady at reception was very courteous and efficient. All staff was masked and wearing face shields. I was taken in right away. My technician was Sharon. She was very cheerful and professional. I am quite impressed with the care I received.
