I recently had the chance to taste a birthday cake made by Safety Mart bakery in Chase, BC. It was so tasty, with chocolate and fruit in the filling, not like usual boring bakery sheet cakes! The icing was also very well made. It wasn't sickly sweet, and the design and wording was beautifully done, honouring the 90-yr.old beekeeper so well. She was thrilled! Here's a picture of my half-eaten piece!Yummm!
