I've used Wolverine to manage two of my investment properties (multiple tenants per property) for 5-6 years. They look after everything from recruiting tenants, handling all tenant requests, all paperwork & money, facilitating/fixing any issues, and providing detailed monthly reporting. It's hands-off for the building owner, if you want it that way (I do). They are professional, responsive, and handle everything from end to end.
