$150 for 1 bait station and 2 snap traps that served no purpose. I had (and still have) 1 rat in the house. I pointed out all the areas of activity to this guy and practically gave him the rat's full itinerary. TPE offers a three month guarantee that isn't worth the paper it's written on, I only managed to get him back out once since I paid him in that three months despite over a dozen phone calls, most of which went unanswered and unreturned, and despite each time I did get in touch with him he either allegedly put me in his day planner, or he would tell me he was busy at the moment but would give me a call back to schedule an appointment. Best advice I can give you is take the cash you would have spent on an "exterminator" and buy a few more traps yourself.
