Poor Customer Service

The crushed rock delivery driver was rude and cranky. I rent the basement apartment of a house. The owners weren't here so he came downstairs. I told him I wanted to move our vehicles before he unloaded because we have five in total and it would be difficult to move around. He said it wouldn't make a difference. I said I wanted to anyway. Before I could even get the first vehicle on the road, he started unloaded. He left without speaking another word. When I called to complain, it was disregarded without any empathy at all. Awful.
