I believe that the folks at Craig's are professional and forthright in dealing with customers. It is not uncommon anywhere to find problems in the process of fixing problems. At Craig's the customer is in the driver's seat. You make the choice in terms of all repairs made to your vehicle.

I was broken down with Transmission troubles in Fredericton NB in my diesel pusher motorhome. Allison 6 speed was going crazy. Stopped at Mr. Transmission expecting nothing and the manager looked at it and told me it was a fairly minor fix. It turns out that Mr. T is owned by Jensen Transmission a world expert in Allison Transmissions. In typical East coast fashion, they looked after me and had me on my way in an hour - and it didn't cost me my first born. GREAT SERVICE Lire plus
