I fully agree with the other comments. This rude receptionist needs coaching!

Receptionist who answers phone for Dr. Daniel Cormier and Gilles Cormier is rudest person I have dealt with in a long time. IF you can get her to answer the phone, she is VERY rude and NOT understanding of patient's medical issues.She needs to retire NOW. She left a french message for an english speaking person on his voice mail. When called to notify her of the issue, she is rudest person I've spoken to in a medical setting. She needs to provide bilingual service to patients, shame on you!!
