I have two units with this company and zero complaints.

Cheap and dodgy. Buyer beware!

1) If the staff here tell you anything about their units, get it in writing as there is a good chance they are misleading you. Their boilerplate rental agreement doesn't make any promises about ventilation or heat, despite what their website and office staff say. 2) If there is a heater/blower in your unit, don't assume they will actually turn it on to protect your stuff. Misleading! 3) If you do have a problem, don't expect them to do anything to fix it. Buyer beware!
