    went up there for mortgage renewal appointment with Nirmala,not really helpful, poor costumer service.

    Staff are so rude. They will give you a hard time on waht you want to do. And they talk to you in a harsh irritated manner.

    Worst customer service experience in Canada with one of financial advisors at this branch. She didn't reply to the emails or return the phone calls. The lady told me that she didn't have time to reply.Also she was so unprofessional that she was telling a lie that my application is not processed yet.

    Not a single star...

    Not a single star..for this branch...the teller screw up my check .last December 2014.. if she didn't know what to do at least .ask her manager.. POOR MANAGEMENT...NOT SO HAPPY..
